The quality assurance of our products and processes is based on strict rules, standards and workflows.
It contents three main areas:

Quality of the development process:

• on time and specificationlike IC-development based on mutual with our customer agreed specifications and standards
  
• right on time delivery of first prototyps
  
• WFSIT "Working First Silicon In Time"
  
• state of the art development tools, that means EDA-software of the latest revision including maintenance agreement and hotline-support
  
• detailed project controlling

Quality of the production process:

• subcontractors are certified reg. DIN ISO 9001:2000 and TS 16949
  
• periodical own audits at our subcontractors (at least once a year)
  
• own PCM (Process Controll Monitor) for currently parameter controlling

Quality of the final test in our own test departement

• test department of CREATIVE CHIPS GmbH is certified reg. DIN ISO 9001:2000 and DIN ISO 14001
  
• periodical audits of our customers in our test department
  
• flexible and custom specific delivery- and quality agreements
